Unique Wreath Builder Cards

You know those weird, random occasions you need a card for? The ones you never have  stamps for to make your own? And you end up spending $6.00 on a card? Not anymore. Gina K. has created a stamp set dedicated to the ALL the occasions. You can even mix and match some of these greetings. This is an add on to the wreath builder line of stamps. You can combine these little images with the foliage of the other wreath builders to create a theme, or you can use this one all by itself to really get the point of the occasion across.

Reasons to Celebrate_GK

The little images are so cute and tiny. They are super quick to color, but you could also stamp them in a color and leave them blank, which is what I did on my baby card.

This baby card uses only the “Reasons to Celebrate” stamp set. I love this soft color palette. These are the Gina K. ink colors that I used:

  • Kraft
  • Applemint
  • Sweet Corn
  • Sea Glass
  • Innocent Pink

If you have trouble centering your greeting, here is a little trick that really has helped me. I draw two diagonal lines across my square cardstock to find the center point. This is where I line up my greeting. I also use this little square as my ‘tester’ before I start stamping my images. I stamp them on the tester first to make sure they look nice all the way around. Apparently I also use this to test my colored pencils. Such a useful square.

I love how this one turned out. I stamped foliage from the Autumn Wreath Builder, and tucked the little house image around to create the ‘new home’ theme. I colored in the leaves and the little images with my Prismacolor colored pencils.

  • Goldenrod 1034 (house)
  • Sienna Brown 945 (house)
  • Dark Brown 946 (house)
  • Crimson 924 (heart)
  • Kelly Green -unknown number- (leaves)
  • Chartreuse 989 (leaves)

I just love this. I know someone who is looking for a new house… Now I am ready…

The Gina K. inks that I used are:

  • Grass Green
  • Jelly Bean
  • Kraft

I had to make a wedding card. This color palette with kraft is so 😍. I used the Autumn Wreath Builder for the foliage and the Holiday Wreath Builder for the little wreath around the greeting.

My Gina K. color palette is:

  • Kraft
  • Fresh Asparagus
  • Grass Green
  • Dusty Rose
  • Innocent Pink

And there it is! Three unique wreath builder cards. The possibilities really are endless with this, however. This stamp set pretty much carries you through any occasion life may throw at you and your craft room. I hope you try making some unique wreath builder cards of your own!

Thanks for stopping by,

Emily ❤️
