Gina K. Designs October Blog Hop Day 2

Happy Thursday! Today the Design Team is showing off some more beautiful sets from the Gina K. Designs release. This stamp set is by Hannah Drapinski, and I LOVE it. Sometimes you just need a good winter set, and this one has beautiful greetings for winter. Not all cards in the never ending months of winter are Christmas themed!

One of my favorite elements in the set are the single trees. They can be combined to create any type of tree line or even just single trees. This card is a more masculine-styled card that I used the trees on, along with my Christmas Script stamp set.

I showed this card yesterday to show off the greeting!

This set is beautiful for scene building. I stamped both parts of the mountain and colored in the blank space with a grey colored pencil. I stamped the trees in Fresh Asparagus and finished the inking up with some Blue Denim blending.

I sponged some white ink over the new Snowfall Stencil from the kit. I didn’t think it was enough snow for the level of snow I was going for, so I added some white dots and finished up the snow by scribbling white ink over the trees.

That’s all I have today! I would have loved to create more, but time is limited with my munchkin. Don’t forget that Gina is giving away a $50 gift certificate, so be sure to comment on all the blogs in the hop! Next up on the hop is Melanie!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Beautiful cards! I love the simplicity and class of the 4 trees with the beautiful script! And isn’t it cool that the mountain has the two stamping option! Thanks for your inspirations!
